Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation
   – If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please notify us at order@mangasushi.com.au at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pick-up. A cancellation fee may apply.

   – Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund.

2. Refunds for Non-Delivery 
   – If your order cannot be produced or delivered due to Manga Sushi’s responsibility, you will receive a full refund.

3. Damaged Items
   – If you receive items with substantial damage, please contact us within 24 hours at order@mangasushi.com.au and provide clear photos of the affected items. Our team will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
